Had a good experience going through the letting process with Sasha Cimpoise, and getting maintenance help from Sam El Jani from Circa. Very responsive over messages, helped me with a variety of special requests in the lead up to the tenancy, and the entire tenancy process was speedy and relatively painless. Circa also has an overall higher quality bar than most other agencies for lettings around east london in my opinion, would recommend.

We feel very fortunate to have Sam as our property manager this year. Sam has been wonderful to work with — always taking the time to check in and hear our feedback on the property, and handling every maintenance request promptly and with real care. Sam consistently follows up with third parties on our behalf, so we're kept informed and never left wondering what's happening. On top of that, Sam is charming, responsible, and someone we've come to trust completely.
