Adam’s great. Very patient
Jaydn helped me secure my rental property around two years ago, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward from start to finish. He was professional, efficient, responsive and always clear in his communication, which made the experience much less stressful. More recently, he also took the initiative to keep me updated on the new tenancy regulations and promptly confirmed how the changes would affect my current contract. I was attempting to guarantee a tenancy with this firm. Although the firm themselves were perfectly friendly, they have outsourced their referencing/income verification etc to a 3rd party firm LetAlliance, who were next to useless. This lets Frank Harris down, and the fact that it is an outsourced part of their service is really no excuse...
