Christina and Mengmeng are professional, responsive (not necessarily common among London estate agents...), knowledgeable and approachable. They will patiently listen to your needs and concerns and provide their honest opinions. I was struck by their kindness and flexibility when I was running quite late, due to the traffic, for the viewing of the flat with Mengmeng. I was keen to view the flat and feared that I might lose it to someone, but Christina made herself available and took over Mengmeng so that I can still view the flat. Without her, I wouldn't have gotten this wonderful flat! I'd recommend Grange when you look for flats in London!
