Dilly, Danny and the UPC team are fantastic. We were tenants in a flat managed by them for three years, and during those three years they were always very efficient and professional. They were always available when we needed them and communicated clearly. We dealt with many agencies before but none were as good as them. If we ever decide to let our flat in the future, the UPC team will be the first port of call for us.
A huge thank you to Unique Property Company, especially Hannah and Danny, for helping me with my recent flat sale. I've recently concluded a house buying process with Unique Property Company. Before I met this agency, I met many other agents from different agencies. I couldn't recommend Leo and Hannah more. They were super supportive thorughout the entire process and ensured all info was 100% clear at all times. At the same time I never felt pressured or got any pushing to hurry, especially in the beginning when we negotiated and agreed on the final offer. On the contrary, they gave time and great advice thorughout allowing me to make decisions in my own pace and with all the info I needed. It's a long process, it took me 3 months, but they were available to let me go check out the property, I think I went 3 times and also kept of communicating at all stages. Thanks Leo and thanks Hannah for such a great job - I'm really happy
