I instructed Chris S at Meaby back in November 2020 and although already under a crippling workload (with the stamp duty holiday) he was kind enough to take my caseload on. It was my first time buying so I don't have anything to compare the experience to, but I cannot imagine it having gone any smoother with anyone else. Highly recommended, very efficient, excellent communicator and thorough Steven Thom recently represented me on the purchase of a property, the seller was extremely challenging to deal with but Steven managed to sift through the problems and worked brilliantly with the estate agent to get the property completed.
