Don't be fooled by the good reviews.<br><br>Our experience was completely unacceptable. Poor communication, unprofessional behaviour, and one of the movers was rude, intimidating, and aggressive. What should have been a simple move turned into a stressful ordeal. We won't be using this company again.
AVOID AVOID AVOID !! If you're looking for a stress-free move, stay well away from this company.<br><br>I booked two weeks in advance and clearly explained the job: a 1-bedroom flat, third floor. After notifying them the day before that the lift was out of service, I was told I could either accept two movers and "give them a tip" or wait for three. I insisted on three. They ignored me and sent only two.<br><br>The movers were rude and aggressive from start to finish. When I called the office to complain, I was met with poor customer service, no empathy, and no accountability.<br><br>The most shocking part was being told they wouldn't unload my belongings unless I paid cash. I felt pressured into paying because I was in a vulnerable position, and I did not feel free to leave until the payment was made.<br><br>Moving is stressful enough without feeling intimidated over your own belongings. Based on my experience, I would never use this company again and strongly recommend that others avoid them too.

If there’s anything aside a five star, that’s what I would give Salah. He was so professional and gentle. There was a mix up with my booking, he arrived before the time and when I complained, he was willing to wait and he did actually wait outside for close to an hour. I will be using this service again if Salah will be the driver.
