I’ve seen the bin men take much more care than these guys with my furniture ! Dont be fooled by the £50000 of insurance they claim to have either, it’s only for items with receipts, anything old appears not have valueand no<br>surprises they are not registered with B.A.R. One porter bumped my Ercole table down concrete steps and forced it thru the door, flower pots from the garden stacked on chairs, items leant against picture canvases, lumps out of door frames, my old treasured family items damaged, a wheel smashed off my bed, the move wasn’t stressful until these guys were involved, no compensation received, I was offered £40 which I still haven’t received. Some gaslighting as well, suggesting it's was my fault and I broke my furniture and compensation refused. Such an upsetting experience never again.<br>Please, if you value your possessions, spend more and go with a reputable company.
