Above and beyond …. My tenants called me at 5am on a Sunday and I couldn’t work out the fault in the security system. Alex came out within the hour and sorted it out. Alex at Securex came to the rescue after my house alarm malfunctioned and kept going off. He turned up within the hour and identified the issue really quickly and efficiently, which was fortunate for the neighbours as the noise becomes unbearable after the 5th time of going off!! Also, it was a relief for my Mum who was cat sitting. I rang and booked Securex from Thailand!

We needed an emergency call out late on a Saturday night for all our alarms going off. Alex arrived really quickly, got to the root of our problem, fixed and made it safe before he left. An excellent service.
We needed CAT6 Ethernet cabling run externally to several rooms and networking equipment fitted. Alex was great to work with from start to finish, personable and transparent. He came out for a survey the same day and was clearly knowledgeable about networking. His quotation was competitive and the works were done to a high standard: all of the equipment was well aligned and flush against the walls, the cabling was orderly and taught. We had to keep working that day and Alex was very accommodating as we moved around the construction. If we need further cabling or a security system upgrade, he’ll be the first we call.
