There was one minor hiccup with the scaffolding schedule when it needed to be repositioned at short notice. The system itself has now been running for a few weeks and is performing well. Everything is working as expected, with no issues or unexpected downsides. It’s genuinely satisfying knowing that much of our electricity use is now being powered by solar. Throughout the process, Oliver was also very helpful in answering more technical questions - everything from system optimisation to exporting excess electricity and DNO permissions. Sunbright have been excellent in sorting out our solar panel system - the battery system from another supplier wouldn't work (that supplier now in prison) and we now have a fully functioning and monitorable one. The guys that did the installation were tidy and polite and explained what they were doing. We had to have additional cabling put in place as the original company fitted a sub-standard one, the guys came back and completed the installation at no extra cost to us. The advice and professionalism is superb, highly recommended
