I had a very disappointing experience with The Solar Co. After the work was completed at my property, I noticed that some of my belongings were missing. I raised my concerns and believe customers should be cautious and ensure their property is protected when allowing any contractors into their homes.

Mark and George were great. Site survey done and in a couple of weeks - the team came out and installed Solar Panels & Battery in a day, Highly Recommend.

Had a brilliant experience with Solar Co. All done within a day, except for one panel that had been left off their delivery, which they came back and did early the next day. Always friendly and professional. They really know what they're doing.

Top quality people, installation and equipment - highly recommended.<br><br>Ours is an installation on a flat roof at the rear of a loft conversion, in a conversation area in Ken & Chelsea. This means there are restrictions on what can be done, but Mark and Geoege were very familiar with the rules and confident in recommending what was allowed.<br><br>They made good suggestions and dealt well with my (many) questions patiently and swiftly, before we settled on an optimum plan. This even made use of some scaffolding that was on the next building, making the whole installation as cost-effective as possible. We went from enquiry to plan to installation in 4 weeks<br><br>Installation was also very efficient. The team was onsite at 0730 and had finished the whole job - panels, inverter, battery, Uninterruptable Power Supply and car charger - by 1500hrs, when the system started working. They worked hard, were unfailingly polite, took off shoes indoors, and tidied up well.<br><br>They promise ongoing support and help with tarrifs, etc so I am looking forward to many years of good service.
