As first home buyers, we were really impressed at their customer service, and their patience working through all of our nervous questions. I can highly recommend Martin Redston Associates. All my calls and emails were answered promptly and courteously from the start. The modular fee structure is clear, and their prices are reasonable. Several other firms I called wanted to charge upfront for a report before knowing if one was needed or warranted. Not so with Martin Redston: you only pay for what you need. There is one fee for a site visit, and then you pay for anything additional that you need. We arranged a site visit within a day, and Anna, the Senior Engineer who called, was knowledgeable and charming. I would definitely use this company again.
