We commissioned two entrance doors in two properties and the installation has been completed to a poor standard.<br><br>This work was commissioned after installing windows to a good standard in one of the properties, so that service might be different.<br><br>The doors were installed not vertical ie tilting, did not close well, and had drafts. They were also not aligned to the angle of the previous door., appearing misaligned to the tiling. The materials provided for trimming were some plastic of very poor quality. All this showed poor judgement and poor standards of execution.<br><br>The company agreed to reinstall the doors, following our complaint, and we agreed to provide trimmings of good quality, as the company could not suggest a good provider. We also agreed that our builder would finish and decorate the external work, as the company could not guarantee the finishing that we wanted.<br><br>Yet the reinstallation was still completed sub standard. The structure remains flimsy, some of the frame has been still installed tilting. The company left and even forgot to complete screwing all bolts.<br><br>We are now commissioning another builder to rectify the quality, and we are going into dispute. An ordeal.<br><br>Recommend to avoid for entrance door, unless you accept poor installation quality. The company requires a lot of close supervision to ensure that work is completed to a decent standard.

We had a reasonably large installation of three sliding doors and a kitchen window and door from Premier Windows.<br><br>The initial survey was very comprehensive and offered suggestions we hadn't thought of.<br><br>Installation took about a day and a half. The team were very neat and tidy and the final finish was frankly of a much higher standard than we expected.<br><br>The windows themselves are clearly high quality and a great improvement on what was previously in place.<br><br>We had thought that the sliding doors were the most important part of the set up, however the single pane tilting kitchen window (a suggestion from the surveyor) has made a huge difference to our use of the kitchen as a whole.<br><br>We're very happy and I will not hesitate to recommend Premier Windows to neighbours.

We used Premier windows to replace the windows as part of wider works. The windows are great quality and Premier provided great service in responding to any issues that came up, as well as providing lots of help and advice.

We recently worked with the team at Premier Windows to install two new windows and a fab set of new patio doors as part of a renovation project. There were a few bumps in the road as you may expect with big renovation projects but the Premier team could not be more helpful in helping resolve and smooth out any issues.<br>Would recommend!

This is the second time we have used Premier Windows and are as pleased as we were the first time we got windows fitted by them. I went to Premier windows as my local windows company to replace our bathroom and bedroom window. Great communication and when there was an unexpected delay to the delivery of the frames they went above and beyond to ensure the windows were installed before some other renovations were taking place. Will definitely be going back for our future window needs :)
