Dave fixed my Bosch washing machine. He quickly identified the drainage problem behind the E18 Error, and expertly replaced the pump. Several washes in, the machine works just fine. Thank you to Dave!

Forgot to cancel the appoinment,end up technican turned up to our house to look at the damaged laundry machine.After few minutes, he advised the appliance need to be fixed by Samsung. I was forced to pay £45 for the call out charge. as he is inside my property. Tried to ask if they can lower the charge as we are happy to cover the travel expense only, because he didn't really do anything at all and spend much time on checking the machine.<br>The techican insisted we have to pay him just for looking at the machine for few mintues.<br>P.S After this, we follow his advice to contact Samsung to fix it. Samsung advised it would cost at least £400 for fix the parts including labour. So we decided to get a new one anyway.<br>Final words: Being ripped off. pay call out charge for nothing. Other companies would ask to send video of damaged machine and advised for free charge, OR just reject to come over because they know they can't fix Samsung Appliance. Feel like this trick a lot of people by paying the call out charge for nothing. This is not a fair trade at all!

Washing machine (Samsung smart washer) packed in on Thursday saying drain filter needed cleaning. No amount of filter cleaning did anything. Called these guys Thursday night, just before they closed, got a booking for between 9am and 1pm next say (told me they only offer large time window slots as engineers don't know how long previous jobs will take; fair enough).<br><br>Operator arrived around 1130, quickly sussed the issue. Drained the machine, replaced faulty pump unit, had the machine back working.<br><br>Cost me £96, of which £45 was the baseline callout fee. Engineer was friendly, personable and very efficient. Was on site maybe 40 mins, give or take.<br><br>Can't fault any of it. No idea if anywhere else would have been cheaper as these were literally the first I landed on. I'm happy with £96 to have the washer back in operation, especially in this weather.
