Phoned in the morning to see if they could come and look at my washer. They gave me an idea of what the problem was and a price there and then. They came in the afternoon to fix it. Everyone i spoke to was really nice and polite. Will definitely use again if needed.

From start to finish, 10/10 customer service, speed, efficiency, price and overall satisfaction. Mike answered the phone within seconds, a couple of hours later he arrive to check my broken washing machine, advised me of my options with zero pressure, and I mean zero, price agree and two hours later, two chaps came and installed and tested the new machine, and took away the old one. You can not get better than this when buying an appliance. The big boys cannot compete if this is the service level they are up against. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service, from a friendly, reliable and trustworthy company. Have been a customer for many years, and they have never failed me. I called in the shop as l had a problem with my cooker. An appointment was arranged to suit me. The engineer was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He sorted the problem and left everything clean and tidy. I would definitely use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends and family.

Ordered our new cooker n hob on Wednesday this week. New ones fitted on Friday old ones taken on Friday if Craig David could make a tune about this. Absolutely brilliant service. Very professional. Thankyou so much for your service. Highly recommend. Thankyou so much.
