We found grant to be very professional, knowledgeable not just on technical aspects of architecture but also had a great frame work of relevant peripheral knowledge. Grant was professional, informed, he provided thorough explanations and had a great eye for detail - he has a great eye for design and how to execute what we wanted and was able to inform what we could not progress and why (from an architect/building perspective). Grant was able to provide a rough idea of costs, what would require planning and completed a number of searches after the visit to further ascertain viability.<br><br>This was our first time using an Architect at pre purchase stage - and its definitely the best option for pucrhasing a home where works are required and ascertaining the appropriate level of work.<br><br>We will definitely use their services again, monies well spent. We met Grant today at a property we are buying to discuss our plans for a house to apartments conversion.
