As basically all the other ratings I've seen, Jeff was very helpful throughout the whole process of designing our extension & my wife & I would fully recommend based on our experience.<br><br>All communication from Jeff was very clear to understand & follow & he spelled out every step involved before we started:<br>- Let us know all the stages involved<br>- Estimated the duration involved for each stage<br>- Quoted his costs upfront, also split into each stage<br>- Jeff even estimated (accurately) other fees we might encounter too, so we didn't get any surprise costs

JJA designed a two story side extension, single-story rear extension and loft conversion for our house. Jeff was brilliant to work with, taking on board exactly what we wanted to achieve, bringing experience and professional knowledge into the design, and working together with us to get to a well balanced final design with planning approval.
