As basically all the other ratings I've seen, Jeff was very helpful throughout the whole process of designing our extension & my wife & I would fully recommend based on our experience. All communication from Jeff was very clear to understand & follow & he spelled out every step involved before we started: - Let us know all the stages involved - Estimated the duration involved for each stage - Quoted his costs upfront, also split into each stage - Jeff even estimated (accurately) other fees we might encounter too, so we didn't get any surprise costs
