I rang DPS Plumbing as I needed urgent help getting the flush mechanism of my toilet replaced. It was a Saturday on Easter Bank Holiday weekend and Daniel said he could come over within a hour and have a look, and hopefully fix it that same day. The necessary part was tricky to get hold of, but he went all out and tried to get it immediately, then ended up ordering it online and it arrived the next day. He came round as soon as he got it on Easter Sunday and had my loo fixed within half an hour. The service was exceptional and I was charged a very reasonable price, especially given that the work was done at very short notice on a bank holiday weekend and involved three separate visits to my flat. I would definitely recommend this company and am so glad I found them!
I was recommended by a friend of Daniel, I contacted him and he arrived at my property promptly and I was extremely happy with the initial quote and he started work immediately. He fitted new taps in my bathroom and the quality of work was excellent! He was professional, went out of his way to source the material and was respectful in my home, and kept myself and my wife in the loop with everything the job entailed.
