Called in yesterday to get some wallpaper samples friendly staff. Huge range really well displayed. Went back this morning to purchase the wallpaper I like. Kelly was super helpful made sure I had everything I needed. Gave good advice on how to paint and old fire place as I didn't know what I needed to get the job done. Would definitely recommend going here easy to find loads of parking plus good quality and good prices. 😀
Amazing wallpapers and very polite people
Been there twice and absolutely love the place. The staff are so helpful and have told all my friends to go here.<br>I’m going again tomorrow as I need to return some wallpaper. I bought far too much, however I knew that I would be able to return it within the month.<br>There are so many beautiful things I’m going to buy from there.<br>My husband ever popped in to take photos so I can try and decide that I’m going to get with my refund.<br>He knows I will be spending more money here and agrees that what ever I buy from here he will love it.<br>I have already put some treats in my bag for the beautiful fur baby that also works there 🐶🐶🐶🐶
Terrible customer service, tried telephoning both stores continually for 30 minutes with no answer. Wallpaper has a recurring fault , decorator is here and it's a 50 minute journey from uppermill Oldham

I was disappointed today when I asked if I could return two rolls of wallpaper. I used to work in retail, so appreciate the need for a receipt. However, mine was in my purse which was stolen. I had hoped that in certain cases they might be lenient. Unfortunately not. Disappointed.
