I had a fantastic experience with AK Electrical Services. From the very first phone call, Abdullah was incredibly helpful and took the time to talk me through possible troubleshooting steps rather than immediately insisting on a visit, which I really appreciated and felt was very considerate. When it became clear they needed to come out, they were completely transparent about pricing upfront and very fair with the final bill. Once at the property, Abdullah clearly explained and showed me everything that needed attention and made the situation safe straight away. They then returned the next day to properly resolve the larger issue. Throughout the process, I was kept informed at every step and when additional problems were discovered, everything was communicated clearly before any extra work was done. Overall, extremely professional, honest and reliable service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Contacted AK Electrical when our switch tripped and one of the circuits would not turn on again. The emergency callout fee was substantial but clearly explained. They arrived within an hour, systematically diagnosed the issue and worked hard to ensure it was fixed within the first hour. This avoided a charge for the second hour when they could easily have spun it out. The two guys who came were courteous and knowledgeable. Very impressed.
