We appreciated the NHS concession upgrade greatly and Lee took the effort to work within our budget. No pushy sales and realised our flooring vision to the tee. Faultless result and after-sales, checking in on us about 6 months after. Would not hesitate to recommend. The results speak for itself and I trust if there are any issues in the future would be remedied without hesitation.

Lee and Lisa were so lovely and helpful at recommending floors to suit our budget, and what we were looking for, and Callum and Liam did a cracking job laying the floor. We live in a Victorian terrace house, and everything is a bit wonky! But it was no problem and we’re so happy with how the floor turned out! Communication throughout the process was very good. As the floor was being laid they asked for our feedback and opinions throughout the process to make sure we were happy with the result, and were friendly and professional. We went for engineered wooden flooring in oak planks.

I had the pleasure of having Lee and his team at our home to fit Camaro Naked Blonde Oak LVT flooring by Polyflor in Winter 2024. Lee is nothing short of a perfectionist and will obsess over the smallest detail to exceed his client’s expectations. The team worked diligently to carefully prepare the floor and then laid the flooring of our choice beautifully. It is one of the most worthwhile investments we’ve made in our home and I would personally state that LFM have provided the best customer service I’ve ever received from any trades professional. A year on and the floor looks just as good as the first day the job was completed and that is largely to do with the quality of workmanship that was delivered. Initially I was hesitant about having a gold inlay border but glad we went for it as I feel it gives the flooring extra character. I was fortunate that I had this option available to me as not everybody has the skill set to do this. In summary I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lee and his team and will be calling upon him again in the near future to lay our kitchen flooring.

We went specifically to check out the big sale (up to 65% off!), and the savings are genuine on top-tier brands. I’ve been to a few shops, but the range here is on another level. They have absolutely everything—stunning Woodpecker, v4 engineered wood, loads of Karndean and Amtico LVT, plus huge ranges of Cormar and Alternative Flooring carpets and bespoke stair runners. The showroom itself is brilliant because you can actually see herringbone and parquet layouts on the floor rather than just holding small samples. We were torn between a stone-effect LVT for the kitchen and engineered wood herringbone floor for the kitchen diner and living room, but the team was incredibly helpful. It’s a family-run business, so the advice felt honest and personal, not salesy. They took the time to explain their 5-star in-house fitting service and the exclusive warranty, which sealed the deal for us. We booked our free measure-up straight away. If you're renovating, definitely pop in today while the offers are on. Best service I've had in ages! Highly recommend.
