Great gym in a convenient location. It’s always clean, has a welcoming and non-intimidating atmosphere, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The app is also really useful for checking how busy the gym is. Small gym, but well equipped and a great place to train.

I moved to Manchester around August 2025, was with PureGym then found this place. Moved when my yearly was done and I regret not doing it sooner! It's a smaller gym, can get busy but it's one of my favorite's I've been to in the last 5 years of working out regularly. The Staff are spot on, welcoming and amazing to chat with. The equipment is always put away and cleaned by members and staff. 5 star!
Very nice, clean and tidy gym. Nice and welcoming staff. I have been training in this gym for a couple of weeks, I am training in this gym two times a week. The gym is relatively small, however you get a wide range of modern equipment that you need for all core exercises. In addition, the gym is not overcrowded. Clean changing room/shower facilities. Not to forget, there is a modern body composition scanner that you can use for free, planning to use the scanner when I visit the gym next time.
not my home gym - was visiting Manchester for a few days and didn’t realise how close the gym was to my hotel! excellent location, right near the station. loved the disposable wipes as my branch don’t have that haha but the gym itself was nice. good size, with a good range of equipment and machines. will definitely be back when visiting the area again!
