I’ve been using this cleaning company for a couple of years now and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Every single time, they do an absolutely amazing job always thorough, reliable, and leave everything spotless. It’s such a relief knowing I can trust them to get everything done to a high standard without any hassle. If you’re looking for a cleaning service you can rely on, I would 100% recommend them to everyone!x
I used this company for full End of tenancy cleaning of my house, including oven and carpet/ upholstery cleaning and I was impressed from the quality of the service. Highly recommended.
I have used the team for nearly 3 year and I can honestly say they are fantastic. I had had a bad experience with previous company and was very nervous about appointing another one. They are very organised and do a fantastic job. The team are flexible and communication is first rate so that in the event of a challenge they are super adaptable and always find a way! Would certainly recommend!
Exclusive Procleaning : I recently hired this cleaning service and overall I’m very happy with the job they did. The cleaner arrived on time, was polite, and got straight to work without wasting any time. They paid attention to the details — especially in the kitchen and bathroom — and areas that usually get missed were properly cleaned. The floors were thoroughly vacuumed and mopped, surfaces were wiped down, and everything looked fresh and tidy by the time they finished. I also appreciated how careful they were with my belongings and furniture. The overall standard was very good. The house felt noticeably cleaner and smelled fresh afterwards. I would definitely consider using this service again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional cleaner.
I’m leaving this review to help other hosts avoid the issues I experienced. During the period this company serviced my Airbnb property, a number of serious issues occurred which led me to discontinue their services. **DAMAGE & FINANCIAL LOSS** A total of **£143 worth of damage** occurred during their visits (all documented with timestamped photos). Only £80 was reimbursed, despite clear photographic evidence that the issues were not guest-related. When breakages were raised professionally and with proof, the company’s responses often became defensive and unhelpful, rather than solution-focused. **MISSED TURNOVER CLEAN** A scheduled turnover was missed entirely. My guest arrived to: * unmade beds * dirty towels * the property not cleaned As a result, I had to refund the cleaning fee. This issue was never properly acknowledged. **CLEANING STANDARDS & ATTENTION TO DETAIL** Recurring problems included: * stained or unclean linen being returned (confirmed by a guest) * my linen mixed with other hosts’ laundry * a bottle top left on the kitchen floor after a “clean” * multiple items missed or overlooked Cleaners (several of whom were students) mentioned they were rushed because a supervisor waited in the car outside — which would explain the inconsistency in cleaning standards. **LINEN WITHHELD (UNLAWFUL TO RETAIN WITHOUT CONTRACTUAL RIGHT)** The company is currently withholding **six sets** of my linen and towels. This is their own written statement: “Six sets of linen remain in our possession and will be released once the outstanding balance is settled in full.” They have **no contractual or legal right** to retain my property. Under UK law, retaining goods belonging to someone else may amount to conversion, a civil wrong under the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977. A cleaning company should only hold **one set for laundering**, not six. Other reviews have raised similar concerns about items not being returned, which is extremely worrying for hosts. **COMMUNICATION ISSUES** Across multiple interactions: * I was blamed for delays caused by their own banking processes. * Legitimate concerns supported by photos were met with hostility. * The tone became increasingly unprofessional. This made the relationship unworkable. **STAFF OVERSIGHT PROBLEMS** There appeared to be little effective supervision. The “manager” often waited in a running car outside, which cleaners said made them feel rushed. This may explain: * breakages * missed cleaning tasks * poor linen handling * and inconsistent standards **OVERALL RECOMMENDATION** I **strongly advise other Airbnb hosts to avoid this company**. The time, cost, damage and stress far outweighed any benefit. I am now having to pursue recovery of my property through formal channels, which is not a position any host should be placed in. My experience closely mirrors concerns raised in other reviews, and I would not want any other host to go through the same.
