I am so glad I chose them to do our cleaning. Deep clean done today and what a difference it made, absolutely fantastic level of service and great communication too. They should not be your first choice, but your only choice.

Unfortunately, I’m forced to leave one star, as zero stars isn’t an option. After carrying out a thorough inspection following our end-of-tenancy clean, we found several areas that had been missed or cleaned to a very poor standard. These included the tops of walls and ceilings, the area above the kitchen boiler, and the inside of cupboards and compartments in the small bedroom, among other areas. When we raised these concerns, we were asked to provide photos. However, by that stage it was too late for the issues to be rectified, as we had already been forced to complete the cleaning ourselves due to time constraints. What was particularly disappointing was the lack of attention to detail and the fact that the standard of work fell well below what would reasonably be expected from an end-of-tenancy clean. We trusted that the service would be carried out thoroughly and professionally, but unfortunately that was not our experience. It also appeared that the cleaner was in a rush to leave and unwilling to properly check the work before departing. When this was raised, he stated that he had limited time because he had another booking afterwards and could not do his best. This gave the impression that taking on multiple jobs was prioritised over delivering quality service. We were also concerned to discover that the team brought to complete the job appeared to consist of his young children, despite the service initially being presented as being carried out by an experienced professional team. The quality of the work reflected this lack of professionalism. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this service

Don’t let the AI photos put you off- Yunus and his company are legit and do fantastic work. He cleaned my oven, blinds, door sills, bathrooms, bins- you name it and it was cleaned and hoovered and mopped. All my rooms and bathrooms are sparkling. He even cleaned out my fridge and the crisper drawer! Would use again, worth the expense. Thanks Yunus!

Booked in for a full deep clean of a terrace house post-build. Very easy quoting and booking service. No need for pre-visits and wasted time.
