Amazing experience with concept heating. Had a new boiler and radiators installed, all mess was cleaned before they left and communication was outstanding from the start. I would recommend concept heating to anyone! You will not be disappointed.
From Tracy first calling me onwards, I knew this company were going to be good .<br>Martin and his colleague were prompt and courteous, they covered the carpets with protective film and cleaned all the mess during and after the job was complete .<br>I’m not technically inclined but they showed me how to use the new boiler and the following day the new thermostat was fitted and everything was great .<br>Seriously if you require a new boiler fitting then go to concept .

Covered the carpets with protective film and cleaned all the mess during and after.All really friendly from the admin to the workers. Specific thank you to the plumber Martin who did the majority of work at my home but also to John. Didn't drag the job out all completed within the timescales. Highly recommended. Thank you
