We had a great experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent from start to finish, there was stock issues with the system i wanted but was offered alternative solutions to ensure thst my installation went ahead as planned. The alternative option even saved me money which is always a bonus.<br><br>They are extremely reliable, turning up when they said they would and completing the work to a high standard. Conrad and his cllleague were friendly, worked very neatly, and always treated our property with respect, leaving everything clean and tidy at the end of day. We're really pleased with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them them to anyone looking to have aircon installed.
Installation exactly as we specified it. Neat and professional job. Mike and Jay were careful, courteous and friendly, turning up on time, taking time to let our dog adjust and tidying up after themselves. When a minor installation problem did occur, it was rectified immediately and in full. Overall, a fair price for a quality installation.

We had a fantastic experience with the installation of 5 a/c units recently. Communication was very easy via WhatsApp beforehand and again very easy with the engineers - Mike and Darren who were excellent - during the install. They worked around us and were very respectful and professional. We had the rare combination of both a very high quality of professional service with great customer service - a rare find. Would definitely use again.
