Great company. I have my air conditioning serviced few times. The engineer came on time, serviced the equipment well. Not had any issues. Happy with the service.

Absolutely useless, did more damage than repairs. Charged me in advance for a call out fee, although I'd described my system and fault beforehand, the engineer didn't have a clue what it was, and couldn't even dismount it from the wall. Instead yanked and pulled at it cause damage to the ducting hoses. Then decided I should just buy a new unit.
