My wife and I have one of the best experiences with Refine Bathrooms We asked for a visit at our house for advice on how we could reconfigure our existing bathroom to incorporate a shower whilst retaining our bath Liam was a fantastic help and talked us through the options It was important to us to ensure we were getting best advice and value. It's not always about price although an important element. We did get other quotations. Refine demonstrated focus on our needs and quality compared to other quotes we got Did we make the right decision I committing to Refine. Big fat yes!!!! The fitters who delivered our new bathroom were outstanding and demonstrated a work ethic that we had to admire. Long hours at the coal face and fully explained minor issues that neeed clarity Both Mantas and Vitaligus were great guys who delivered They were brilliant and enjoyed their work. Very happy with their work and the outcome is fabulous All the rubbish was removed immediately and the guy doing that was exemplary Thumbs up to Refine My wife and I would reccomend without any hesitation Patrick Else JP

We were really impressed with the standard of service and work undertaken by Refine Bathrooms. Liam guided us through the process of choosing the design and layout, such as wall tiles and units. He was very helpful with all our queries throughout the process. We were then contacted by Sam who assisted us with questions related to the installation. Agris, the fitter, was friendly and polite. He was really hard-working and did a fantastic job for us. The delivery and then removal of materials was so efficient. I have included the ‘before’ and ‘after’ photos to show the difference the renovation has made! A massive thank you to the team.

We had a bathroom renovated last week and couldnt be happier. Excellent service from making an initial enquiry, right through to having it fitted. The customer service has been outstanding. I have no hesitation in recommending this company based on our experience. Our fitter worked incredibly hard and I absolutely love what has been done.

Just had our bathroom done by Refine Bathrooms. Very competitively priced (trust me, we priced around!) and we now have a hotel-quality bathroom. Took about 4 days, very smooth process, and the fitter knew his craft well. Very happy and can't fault them!

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. From the enquiry stage, the process was incredibly easy. Jamal came out to measure and provide a quote, taking his time to explain everything and go through various unit choices. He gave a quote on the spot and then provided a formal quote later that day. We waited just over two weeks for fitting. The week before, Sam from operations reached out to reconfirm all unit choices and helped source other unit types (I’m quite fussy!). Then, on to delivery and fitting. Gintaras arrived on Monday, super punctual, professional, and polite. Since we work from home, we barely noticed any disruption. All the work was carried out exceptionally clean, and the carpets were protected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we were involved in decision-making, even for small things. The full job, including removal and fitting, took four days, and not a single piece of rubbish was left before it was finished. The end result is stunning. The photos speak for themselves. Please don’t miss out on this company. They are honest, reasonable, and trustworthy.
