From start to finish our new bathroom has been brilliant. The quote. The design. The guys who came to fit it worked very hard, in ridiculous heat. 12 hour days to get the job done quickly. All commendable.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The entire bathroom renovation was completed while I was away on holiday, which gave me complete peace of mind. They were trustworthy, reliable, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble – they even completed additional work I requested, including replacing damaged chipboard, and worked long hours to ensure everything was finished before I returned home. The communication was excellent from the initial quote right through to completion. After the work was finished, I had one small issue with my toilet seat. I messaged them in the evening, and they were at my house first thing the following morning to replace it. The aftercare and customer service were outstanding. The finished bathroom looks amazing, and the whole experience was stress-free from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable company that genuinely cares about its customers.

My wife and I have one of the best experiences with Refine Bathrooms We asked for a visit at our house for advice on how we could reconfigure our existing bathroom to incorporate a shower whilst retaining our bath Liam was a fantastic help and talked us through the options It was important to us to ensure we were getting best advice and value. It's not always about price although an important element. We did get other quotations. We had a bathroom renovated last week and couldnt be happier. Excellent service from making an initial enquiry, right through to having it fitted. The customer service has been outstanding. I have no hesitation in recommending this company based on our experience. Our fitter worked incredibly hard and I absolutely love what has been done.
