Rob was wonderful through the mortgage application process. From the initial conversation to even being there to support us months later when our plans shifted. He was able to secure us the best deal at the time we were applying and made the process smooth and easy. He also managed to secure a slightly cheaper rate before we completed. A credit to your business and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Rob (& Lauren), you helped take away some of the unknown from two nervous first time buyers!

Julia and Rob were absolutely amazing - can see why this company has such great reviews. The level of attention has been impressive throughout and a lot of thought is put into the specifics of the individual property, raising questions I wouldn't have thought of. This also led to me withdrawing an offer on what turned out to be a problematic property and switching to a much better one before getting too deep in the process. I went to First Mortgage (Manchester) following a friends recommendation and I have to say they didn’t disappoint! The service was brilliant from start to finish.<br><br>I sat down with Rob in advance to see what sort of borrowing I’d likely achieve. Rob was very efficient and explained everything really well. Once I had my offer accepted I just emailed and in no time at all Rob came back after reviewing the current market and we ended up getting a better rate with another lender than we did in the first meeting. Lauren then submitted the application very promptly.<br>Lauren was brilliant with updating me on the progress of the application and was very proactive throughout, including dealing with the lender and my solicitor when the lender raised an issue re the leasehold on the property.<br><br>I received an excellent service all round and will definitely be using them again when needed in the future.
