As first-time buyers, the mortgage process felt quite daunting at first, but Chris made everything so much easier for us. He was incredibly supportive throughout and always took the time to explain things clearly so we understood each step of the process. Chris was also very communicative and kept us updated regularly, which really helped to reassure us during such an important time.
