Ian was very helpful with our squirrel issue and he was very knowledgeable, he was friendly and communicated well from start to finish. He was always on hand to come and replace the traps when they were full. Hopefully we won't have anymore issues but if we do we will definitely use ian again. We would highly recommend him.
