It took a couple of hours from my phonecall for Graham to show up at my house. We told him what the problem was and he did what he had to do. Then he told us what would happen in the following days, which it did. Then I proceeded passing on the contact to my neighbours.
Very professional and friendly, had carpet Beatles and Graham from RodentX went through the steps thoroughly of what needed to be done and at the same time was very reassuring that they will be gone, and he was right, no problems since, can be reached easily if any questions needed to be asked, very happy with results, will definitely recommend and use again if ever needed!
