I've been a tenant with Northern Group for over ten years, and I couldn't be happier with their management. A huge part of that is due to Chloe Lam, who manages my apartment. She consistently goes the extra mile, is always available when I need her, and is incredibly responsive in following up on any concerns. Her dedication makes a real difference, and I highly recommend both Chloe and Northern Group.

We recently used Jen to sell our property. Previously we’d had the property on the market will a bigger agency for some time but they were unable to sell it. We moved our property to Northern Group and secured a sale within a few weeks. We have found Jen to be an excellent communicator. Keeping us abreast of market conditions and the progress of our sale process, including viewings and feedback. She appears to have a good network that she was able to tap into to our benefit. We found her to be proactive, thoughtful and genuinely a lovely person to take care of our sale. We would definitely recommend her to others who would also like a smooth process and a positive outcome.

I have a very good experience with Northern Group - they manage my property in Manchester. In a recent maintenance works process, Mr Philip Aldridge was extremely helpful and speedy in solving the problem. He was quick in responding emails and always keep me well informed.

Chloe was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very quick and responsive. Kieran also a huge help. Great experience made the usual rubbish process of finding a new place much easier
