On April 7th, I met with Kate. Brilliant service through and through. Firstly I was struck by her compassion and patience as I was running late. She waited for more than 20minutes and never complained. She got in and did her bits and if I say anything was less of a professional, I did be lying. She was very professional, friendly, she made me feel very comfortable and I remember chatting away for a while .. which made my anxieties less visible and I was at peace. She explained what she was doing and how she was going to use her findings at my property in a layman language so I could understand clearly. She reassured me and I cannot complain.
