This was the very first time for us, as a couple, to buy a house — and it was in the UK. Since we were completely new to the process, we didn’t know much at all. At first, based on what our friends told us, we thought we needed a Level 3 Survey (the most detailed one). However, Mr. Man, our consultant, kindly explained that since the house we were planning to buy is only 10 years old, a Level 2 Survey would already be sufficient. He gave us advice from our perspective, rather than simply for profit, which we truly appreciated. We were then introduced to our surveyor, Mr. Leo , who carried out the inspection for us. He was very considerate — knowing that we might be worried, he called us immediately after the inspection on the same day, updating us on the general condition of the house so that we could feel reassured. The official report arrived about 5 days later by email. We spent around two hours going through it, and then arranged a follow-up discussion with Mr. Leo for a detailed explanation. To our surprise, he offered to go through it with us on the very same day! He kindly took time out of his busy schedule just so that we wouldn’t feel unsettled while travelling. During the call, he was incredibly patient, explained everything very clearly, and provided us with plenty of practical advice. We truly feel that choosing their team for our survey was the right decision. Once again, we would like to sincerely thank Mr. Leo and Mr. Man for their professionalism and support.
