The team was detailed and professional throughout, and Pink went out of their way to talk me through the findings so I knew exactly what everything meant. The report itself was clear, thorough, and arrived sooner than expected. I’d confidently recommend them to anyone who wants dependable, high‑quality surveying work.
We're very impressed with the My Home Surveyors team. We made a snag enquiry on Monday and they were able to schedule a visit by Friday. The team is very responsive. Jeff, our surveyor, was professional, friendly and helpful. We weren't able to be present at the property during the survey. After sending us the report, Jeff called us and explained everything to us over a video call so we can be aware of the areas checked and issues raised. He was also very helpful when we asked him to help us with some measurements. He really didn't have to go beyond his responsibility, but he was very kind and very willing to help. The kind gesture saved us a day trip to the property. We are very happy and grateful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a surveyor and snag.
