I recently used this surveyor for a Level 3 Building Survey on a property I am purchasing and was very pleased with the service provided. The survey was thorough, detailed and professionally presented. The report clearly explained the condition of the property, highlighting both immediate concerns and future maintenance requirements in an easy-to-understand manner. I don't often leave reviews, but Phillip has done such an amazing job, I feel compelled to write one. This is the second time I've needed a survey, and, given how much the first one missed, I was very worried about both receiving a low quality one and not being able to gather the significance of some of the findings. I sent several emails ahead of the survey to ensure specific areas of concerns would be covered and that I would be able to talk directly to the surveyor to ask questions for clarity later. I need not worry about either of those things. My survey was 80ish pages long with few pictures and VERY detailed explanations of every finding. It was so clear, even to a newbie like me, that I did not need any further clarifications despite Phillip offering. He was also incredibly communicative, very straightforward and just a joy to work with. I would recommend his services to anyone (and will). 10/10.
