Josh made the transition from the Monton Ascend branch to the Manchester Ascend branch seamless. He is great at communicating, literally only a phone call away. He helped me with all my questions and worries. We rented out two properties very successfully with Josh and his team.
They let me a flat without parking even though I asked repeatedly whether it has parking and it also had it on Rightmove. I did ask them to put on the contract as well. But in the end, no car parking.<br><br>That's still okay(ish), I was offered a small discount or to leave. I chose to leave instead and they charged TWO WEEKS worth of rent, when I couldn't move in, cause there was no parking (to be used for moving). Which is a pure misadvrtisment issue, that's stealing. If anyone, can help me, please I would like my monies back.
