I recently rented this property and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. The tenancy agreement clearly stated two parking spaces, but only one allocated space was provided, with the second being a guest space not in sight of the property — which raises both safety and insurance concerns.<br><br>From move-in day, I was not provided with the rear garden key, and after almost a month, I still cannot access it to dispose of rubbish and food waste. The bins were already half full when I moved in, causing missed collections and significant inconvenience.<br><br>Despite contacting the agent and landlord multiple times, the issues with parking and the rear gate have not been fully resolved. While the landlord offered to terminate the contract without penalty, the overall handling of this tenancy has been unsatisfactory.<br><br>I hope future tenants are aware of these issues before renting.
