Disorganised and poor communication. Was advised to collect the keys prior to moving in from their office on an agreed date, went there but was informed no keys. Had to deal with Kye who does not seem to care even though this was their mistake. Later in the week was told I need to make my own copy of keys which I don't think should be my responsibility. Lucy kept making mistakes on the tenancy agreement. They also have weird rules if you want to extend/continue the tenancy. Not a very pleasant letting agent to deal with.

Just wanted to write a quick review to say how helpful James and Candice have been. Recently I had an issue as a landlord with unpaid rent and they really worked hard to rectify the situation for me. Very pleased with their efforts!
Hunters Manchester were the letting agents for my 2-bedroom property for just under 2 years. Overall the management experience was very good. They found really good tenants, payments were on time, and they helped with all the repairs for the property. Special shoutout to Candice Wrigley and Lucy Hollister who handled all my queries. There are just two things stopping it from being a 5 star: 1) Hunters are quite pricey, however you do get a great service for the price. 2) There were some repairs that Hunter's contacts took a while to fix. Unfortunately the tenants had to get in touch with me multiple times to get this resolved. It was resolved in the end but was a bit of a headache.
