In particular Chris handled our process from offer acceptance to completion and was amazing at chasing all the parties and solicitors, keeping us updated and was instrumental in ultimately getting us to completion. I have had a very good experience working with Julie Twist Properties. Booking a viewing was easy and Amelia was very accommodating with regards to having a virtual viewing. My correspondence from the team has always been timely and I really appreciated the regular updates from Emily with regards to my referencing and next steps. Any questions I’ve had have always been answered promptly. As a busy working professional, they made the process of obtaining a flat to rent very easy for me. Had a great experience with Julie Twist Properties throughout our search for a flat in Manchester. Although we ultimately didn’t proceed due to a change in circumstances on our side, the service from the team was excellent from start to finish. Emily Lofts was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, answering what must have been dozens of emails and questions from us with quick, clear, and detailed responses every single time. As students going through the renting process for the first time, that level of patience and professionalism genuinely made a huge difference. Luke, who showed us around the property, was also great - friendly, informative, and gave us plenty of time to properly look around without making the viewing feel rushed.
