A very bad, unresponsive lettings agents. Did not resolve ongoing leak & damp/mould issues in flat for over 6 months. Despite a staggering amount of calls, branch visits, they were never able to simply resolve an issue. It went from being a small fix to a health hazard. Neglect and incompetence led to the significant damage of the landlords property. Would highly avoid if I was a landlord and a tenant if possible. To top it off, they tried to increase the rent by £100 at the end of contract without having fixed the issues.
