Ok so my Star rating is for leaders it’s self as the team I’m working with are not the most pleasant people to work with. On the Bright side not everyone at leaders are like this. If you ever deal with this company make sure you request to communicate with ADITI CHAUHAN, I have had the chance to communicate with her a few times in my process of moving into the new flat and she has been exceptionally supportive, helpful and understanding. She gets the job done and she is very clear in communication very transparent and definitely efficient in relaying to your needs 💯 % recommend asking and dealing with her if you choose to use leaders. Thank you ADITI for making these small steps less stressful and anxious while trying to deal with a whole lot more other things. With leaders agents hey are money driven and sales sales sales is all they are brainwashed to do as property professionals. They have no empathy, they have no humanity in a professional setting. (Personally out of office this team maybe absolutely be different people, I don’t know as I don’t know them that way) but I’m in the hospitality industry and if they provided this kind of service in my restaurant/ hotel/ cafe I would have fired them on the spot for their lack off people skills, service quality and lack of urgency. It’s like going to a fancy restaurant where you expect great service but get awful service and then get slapped with an automatic 12.5% service charge and expect to pay. Moving into my new flat was not easy and they did not make it easy to deal with. Communication is an absolute nightmare, you have to deal with 4 to 6 agents before you are given one agent to finally communicate with, gaining basic information or asking simple questions and even getting a reply is very rare from this team. These people either have way to much to handle and too little agents to manage it all so they are stretched trying to keep everyone happy or they just lack the ability to do a decent job with empathy and kindness and with efficiency. They are very good and making you frustrated with there programmed on script sales rep replies and speech making it clear they are nothing but a middle man between tenants and landlords.

This is our second year renting our property out through Leaders. We were initially recommended them by a friend and the service we've had so far has been brilliant. James and Aditi have been our main points of contact and have been great, always making time to answer questions and provide help and assurance. They're always quick to respond to any queries and all interactions have been friendly and professional.

Me and my partner started looking for a place in a more central location and a property from Leaders showed up. Shannon was our assigned agent and she made the whole process super quick and easy. This was my first experience with Leaders in the city. There is always a reservation because you are starting a new relationship with an agent and I was very please with their responsiveness to calls. The customer journey was very good in fact excellent. In fact all touch points with tech and forms but more so initially with Alice who was the first experience of the brand and the company. Cannot emphasise enough that first impressions of a company like this can impact the future interactions and choices. After moving I have several questions and issues and they have been very responsive from sending engineers and tradesmen to having things picked up. And the reporting system is great. Gladly recommend.

Leaders Lettings provide extraordinary service. I have been renting a house through Leaders, and from day one everyone has been very understanding and supportive. After moving into the house, I raised several genuine issues that required attention. Lucy Byrne from the Leaders maintenance team handled them exceptionally well. It involved a significant amount of work and required consistent follow-up, which she managed efficiently and professionally. She always took the time to understand the issues and acted promptly.
