I decided to sell my property via Reeds Rains as I'd had a positive experience with them as a tenant back when I was renting. Anyway, RR made the whole selling phase easy and uncomplicated. They had my property on the market in just a few days, with viewings and offers within the first week. The viewing phase was also easy, with appointments booked and notice given well ahead of time. The team were also super friendly and walked me through the whole process

I would not recommend this estate agent based on my experience. Communication was consistently poor, with calls and emails often going unanswered for days. I regularly had to chase for updates, and when I did receive responses, they were vague or contradictory.<br><br>The overall level of professionalism was disappointing. Important details were overlooked, deadlines were missed, and I was left feeling that the property i wanted was not being managed with the care and attention it deserved. Instead of making what is already a stressful process easier, they added unnecessary frustration through a lack of organisation and accountability.<br><br>Mistakes can happen in any business, but what matters is how they are handled. Unfortunately, I found there was little ownership of the issues or effort to put things right. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone considering this estate agent to do their research and consider other options before committing.
