I have used Reeds Rains for years now to rent out a property I have in Didsbury but this year I bought my second property in Cheetham hill and Bethan Carlton from the Manchester branch helped me to advertise it and find a renter. She was great from start to finish. Very responsive on email when I had any questions and happy to help withy whatever I needed. I will continue to use her for future rentals of my new property. All the staff I have ever dealt with have always been highly professional, efficient and helpful. With the fully managed service I have never been less than completely confident in their abilities, and knowing all the day to day administration is being handled as effectively as possible has been a huge weight off my mind throughout this time. The vigorous screening procedures used to vet potential occupants have always insured we have had the most suitable tenants.
