We've been renting through Reside for the past 4 years and have had a consistently excellent experience throughout. The team has always been professional, responsive, and easy to deal with, making the whole renting process smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Lauren, who has always been incredibly helpful, approachable, and proactive whenever we've needed assistance. Her communication has been excellent, and she has always gone the extra mile to ensure things are dealt with quickly and efficiently. After 4 years as tenants, we can confidently recommend Reside to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and well-managed letting agency. TL;DR If you need a sign to choose Reside Manchester, this is it. We use a few estate agents across the country, but none of them - NONE OF THEM - are as fantastic as Reside Manchester! Whenever we deal with them, we feel as if the whole company exists just for us. Because that's the level of care and service they provide. And is just.. genuinely how helpful and responsive every single person is. Genuinely. And special shout out have to go to Freddy and Lauren, both of whom have gone above and beyond to help us in ways we didn't know were possible! Again, their level of individual care and professionalism sit at a level we don't receive from our other agents. If Marks and Spencers were an estate agent, it would be Reside. Rhiannon is extremely knowledgeable and professional when it comes to property and construction. In my 25 years working in construction, it was a breath of fresh air meeting Rhiannon, she is trustworthy, independent and not pushy. She explained the architectural features, construction details and pointed out the finer details of the property. As an architect I was very impressed. I would highly recommend developers, buyers and sellers to work with Rhiannon with absolutely no hesitation. Other agents don’t come close. Her calmness, kindness and professional conduct is the only reason the house purchase went through. The aftercare is fantastic; no question or query is too much. I had a nice experience with Reside Manchester, when the apartment I rented was managed by them. Reside Manchester took over the management of the property about 1 year into my stay there and I could see the difference right away, a huge uplift from the previous arrangement. They were quite responsive, specially Lauren who handled all the necessary bits when I moved out from the property. She was quick in responding to all my queries which is not something you see everyday in this field. Would recommend!
