I’ve lived in this building for 16 years, and I can honestly say that Zenith Management was by far the best management we ever had. Since the current team took over, everything has gone downhill. Due to their negligence, my car was damaged, and I ended up being without a vehicle for three months. What made it worse was the complete lack of empathy, accountability, or even a sincere apology from anyone in management. The concierge, Sam, is rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. He treats residents poorly and makes you feel like you’re a bother every time you need help. When I tried to escalate the issue, the overall manager was arrogant and condescending, refusing to take my concerns seriously. It’s shocking how little respect and care they have for long-term residents. After 16 years here, it’s sad to see how far this place has fallen. The current building management is a joke, and I would not recommend anyone rent or buy here until there’s a complete change in leadership and attitude.
