Awful. Property manager gaslights saying things that are provably broken are not broken. Like the front door lock… it’s clearly not working. Absolute jokers. The building is falling into disrepair since they took over. Front door doesn’t always lock, the lights in the communal area haven’t been working for coming up to 9 months now and the lifts are broken in both blocks. If you have a choice, avoid this company.

Jennie has been amazing so far! Really responsive to emails and enquires and feels like she actually cares about the clients (which is not always the experience I have had with other estate agents so far). Looking forward to continuing on the process and feel like I am in great hands!
