Adam and his team has been extremely helpful and efficient for tenant checking out and organising new tenants moving in. The whole process is so seamless and also arranging workman to do the necessary repair works. The apartment looks wonderful clean and new. I am very inpressed.
Wish I could give them 0 stars. Just a warning to anyone considering renting through these scammers, take pictures of everything, get everything in writing & keep all receipts. They tried to take a chunk of my deposit for ridiculous claims, eg. they tried to claim that the flat wasn't cleaned and that it required a 'sparkle clean', even though I paid for a professional clean and had an invoice to prove this. Thankfully the DPS saw through this and I got every penny of my deposit back.

Sam was a lovely and amenable person who went above and beyond to help us secure our preferred apartment. He was well informed, knew the local area very well (incredibly important when you don’t know Manchester at all) and was exceptional in assisting us in relocating back to the uk. We had several agencies on the go but ‘we let properties’ really do things differently and we noticed this particularly in terms of transparency and knowing what it is that we needed. Highly recommend.
