Fantastic service, very efficient and hands on
Very slow and their technical side is poor. Incorrect links to paperwork sent and their review form sent to us doesn't work 😂
All over good service. I will recommend LPL
Whilst there were some delays throughout the process, William provided us with constant updates and made the whole process much easier to understand. We really appreciate all of the help from Will and by extension, Morgan. If we sell again in the future, we will be requested to use Will and LPL.
Terrible firm. No customer service and no care for a client. Asking for things in installments and takes 2 months to actually get anywhere!!!!!!
As a first-time buyer I expected the conveyancing process to be daunting, but Erica made it feel remarkably straightforward from start to finish. She was professional, responsive, and incredibly reassuring throughout, always taking the time to explain everything clearly. Her expertise and attention to detail gave me complete confidence, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and effortless. I couldn’t have asked for better support and would highly recommend both Erica and LPL to anyone.
☆☆☆☆☆ – If I could give 0 stars, I would.<br>AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!<br><br>Without a doubt the worst professional service I have ever experienced.<br><br>It almost regularly took up to 15 days to receive a reply to an email, and even then they would often answer only one of three questions. I escalated the matter to the manager, hoping things would improve, but the service remained exactly the same<br><br>After 12 weeks, the AML checks were still not completed. The level of inefficiency and lack of communication was unbelievable. In the end, I had no choice but to dismiss them because they said my target completion date was "not realistic."<br><br>I instructed a new solicitor, and the difference was night and day. They completed everything in just 12 days, and we exchanged contracts yesterday. That alone proved the delays were entirely caused by this firm.<br><br>To make matters worse, after wasting 12 weeks of my time and causing an enormous amount of unnecessary stress, they refused to refund the initial £500 I had paid. They only refunded part of it, charging me for searches and AML work that had still not been completed. I ended up £350 out of pocket for virtually nothing.<br><br>Not once did I receive an apology or even an acknowledgement of the poor service. They simply didn't seem to care.<br><br>If you're buying a property and value communication, professionalism, and meeting deadlines, stay well away from this firm.
I don't recommend their services for anyone.<br><br>Had 3 people dealing with my purchase and only last one seemed to be involved.<br><br>2nd one let me do big mistake and lost because of her lack of interest a few k.<br><br>First one was the worst one - didn't even schedule introductary call for months.
Good 👍👍👍
