Engineer came out at very short notice and efficiently repaired my Hikvision camera that had stopped working. Kept me updated throughout with reasons for the repair and I was pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable charge for the repair. I can thoroughly recommend iSeeU CCTV.

Absolute worst service that I have ever received.<br>Dreadful from start to finish.<br>I was quoted around £60 to install 2x cameras to the outside of my house that I already had bought elsewhere, so just a matter of fixing them to the wall and wiring through inside the house.<br>After the work was done the guy told me that the total bill was £240. I questioned this and he became angry and said that he had done the work and was so pushy he convinced me at the time that he was providing me with the best equipment and that was the price for installation despite quoting a lot less on the phone.<br>As soon as he entered my house he was intimidating, arrogant and cocky and made me feel uncomfortable throughout the process as a lone female. I wish now that I had the confidence to turn him away but as I was so nervous due to his disposition, I just wanted him to complete the job and leave. Its only since I have had the CCTV checked by another professional that I realise how badly I have been conned out of a lot of money.<br>Not only did he leave exposed wiring in my house which was a fire hazard, but only 1 of the cameras that he installed actually worked. I tried to contact him about this several times afterward and was unable to make contact with him at all. As soon as he received payment for the installation I was ignored despite the cameras not working due to not being set up with the correct wiring.<br>On the way out from my house the guy also had the gall to ask me to give him a 5 star google review so that "old people would trust him" which immediately set alarm bells off for me. He is clearly a con man and if you are considering using his services I would honestly go elsewhere. I am out of pocket and have had to pay someone else to correct the mess that he caused.

called them on the day of needing the cameras fitted. the man arranged to come in few hours time and was quick at installing the cameras and the wiring. he also cleaned up all the drilling residue inside the house. super efficient and the cameras are crystal clear even during night time and include audio.
