I only got quotations from Which? recommended traders and Atlantic Renewables responded the quickest, provided the most comprehensive information and the most competitive quotation. Queries were dealt with equally fast. The 27 page Project Report showed the likely production over the year, estimated pay-back time, net present value, internal rate of return, and enough technical calculations to keep the thirstiest data hound satisfied! The handover pack was equally comprehensive.<br>All staff (initial phone conversation, site survey, installation team, and e-mail queries) were polite, friendly, professional and competent. Reusable dust sheets were put down to cover the carpets during internal work and staff always removed their boots when entering other areas of the house. They cleaned up inside and out at the end of each day. It was a smooth process from beginning to end.<br>The only glitch was that, having agreed to the installation starting a week early, because of a postponement, the electrician was not available to complete the job until a week later than scheduled. Well worth the wait, which didn’t affect me otherwise.<br>So, if you want an excellent system from an excellent company, use Atlantic Renewables!

We recently had a solar and battery system installation completed by Atlantic. The experience from start to finish was excellent.<br><br>Our initial conversations with Billy allowed us to work through a number of options for a system without any pressure. Importantly the responses to calls and emails were quick, so we could get into plenty of detail and confirm we were making the right choices.<br><br>A major factor in our choice was that Atlantic were happy to use the scaffolding we already had in place for a building project, saving us money, but also to work with our builder as the timescales for access to the roof and battery installation location were variable. Having operations staff in place who could manage this relationship was a big plus.<br><br>Finally, the survey and installation teams were great, respected the property and our preferences, and did a great job.<br><br>We're very happy with our installation, and would certainly consider using Atlantic again for future projects.

Excellent service from Atlantic Renewables again! This project was an upgrade to the existing 4 solar panels. 10 x Aiko Neostar panels, GivEnergy AIO 2 & MPPT and GivEnergy Gateway 2. From initial site survey/assessment to installation and completion was seamless.

A very pleasant engineer came to replace the inverter for my solar panels. He arrived on time and cleared up carefully afterwards. Now I'm able to sell my electricity back to the grid again. Good

Atlantic Renewables have done a very good job of my solar and battery installation. The advantage of a company that employs its own staff rather than subcontractors was clear from the word go. They integrated the system into my existing electrical installation including some extra electrical work I needed doing very economically and left a very neat installation. This would likely not have been the case with certain national installers who wanted to install an unsightly extra consumer unit. I had many questions about the installation and they were always most helpful as we decided its scope and design. Their after sales service appears just as helpful. Having recently replaced my roof (quite expensively) I was concerned that any work done on the roof would be carefully carried out. Some companies seem content to load the roof tight to the roof edge which contravenes regulations. Not so with Atlantic Renewables who were very clear regarding the installation being kept compliant with best practice. So I’m glad I went with a local installer rather than a national company. Their communication and responsiveness was and remains excellent.

From our first enquiry to the site survey, proposal, planning, installation and commissioning, all the staff were excellent. The communication was excellent throughout, always taking the time to advise and explain.<br><br>The lads on site worked really hard and efficiently, and they were always cheerful. I think that says a lot about a company, especially when staff are not working under the direct eye of their big bosses. The wiring is all very neat and they were tidy workers.<br><br>There were no pushy salesmen, no upselling, just enthusiastic staff who know and believe in their products. Atlantic Renewables were recommended to us by a friend, and I am very glad they did.

Used this company to remove my solar panels during a re-roof and then to replace them. They found some issues with the original fitting and corrected all these when they replaced the panels.<br>The team were very efficient and helpful and tidied up after they had carried everything out.
