Excellent service from Akhil Mathew at Porthouse Dean, wasn’t sure what to expect as it’s the first time I’ve used an online SE, had a problem crop up which needed immediate attention and it was dealt with very professionally and extremely promptly, even better news at no extra charge. This is the first time that I have used PorthouseDean and I have been extremely happy with the service. As well as the very detailed calculations and specifications, drawings and supporting documentation, Chris and the gang have held my hand on what started out as a quite straight forward knock through requiring to Beams circa 3m and 1 at 2.1M into a full double skin wall being removed and a 5.6m steel being specified with minimal piers. I was back and forward with suggestions and questions and to be honest I think I was a pain in the Butt, it did not phase the team, the were very quick to reply and keen to help with their own suggestions and then new calculations. I would not hesitate to use them on future projects and would highly recommend them.
