The Window Company Manchester

The Window Company fiitted our new front door yesterday. We have used them in the past at our old house and once again they did a fantastic job. Fitting a new door in an old property whilst sympathetically retaining as much of the original woodwork as possible is clearly not an easy job but Andy and Taylor did just that. We now have a secure and draught free front door that still looks in keeping inside and out. Andy and Taylor were also very friendly and clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend. Thank you

I had all my windows replaced in the house and the end-to-end process with The Windows Co was exceptionally good. The sales representative, Steve handling my enquiry was extremely attentive and responsive, I was able to communicate exactly what I wanted and it was reflected in the design mock up. The installation team (Steve and Ben) worked incredibly clean - tidying up every day after they left, went above and beyond to make every window look amazing. I couldn't recommend this company higher - the prices we fair and inline with other window providers in the area but the level of service provision at all stages was top tier. It was money well spent knowing that the team handling the work was so professional.

Highly recommend. Every person that I spoke to at The Window Company, from the sales team to the surveyor to the installers, was friendly, courteous and professional. The lads fitting the windows were on time every day, and were polite and tidy throughout. We had one slight hiccup when we realised that a window for the front porch was missing from the order, but that was rectified the same day and the job was completed a few days later, with clear communication from TWC throughout. Very satisfied with the work and would use them again in future.

Great experience using the window company! Such friendly staff from start to finish. Really worked hard to understand what we wanted and how it could be accommodated. We had Andrew & Taylor come to do the installations - such a great pair and did a fantastic job over the two days they were here. Friendly, knowledgeable, and were happy to talk me through anything that they found after taking the old windows out and explaining what they were doing and the benefits we would see. Really pleased and we have already booked our next lot of windows to be replaced with them!

We have just had a new front door fitted and we are over the moon with the finished job. We are extremely pleased with the process from start to finish. Steve Ward started the process and he has kept us fully informed from start to finish. The door fitters came on Weds morning and it all was completed by the afternoon. No mess and no problems. Thanks.
